WOYWW

Good morning lovely people, crikey Wednesday already mind you I'll be glad to get this one out of the way 30 degrees and office based is not a good mix if I'm honest.

Desk is full to bursting again (as you can see), I've got some postcards ready in plastics to send to Free Art Friday Swindon on my desk!

A couple of scrapbook layouts using gelli plated papers using some of my summer of colour papers created from week 1, remnants of paint from weekend arting.

And finally a mini book I'm fighting with (literally) in the yellow as not happy with the colours - will continue to fight with it until I beat it into submission (hopefully).

Some of my summer of colour sea horses too!

Off to check on a few desks now!

  1. It's too hot for me too!! Think I must have been a Viking in a previous life or something, lol :-). I laughed at the thought of you dumfing up that poor little innocent book....really, what has it ever done to you ;-)
Do you love near Swindon or are you just posting stuff there for the Free Art thing?

  2. What a lot of lovely artwork on your desk. I love seahorses, such graceful characters.
Yesterday I was at a workshop and it was hard work in the heat but I did enjoy myself even though I felt like a limp rag. Trouble is we are not geared up for temperatures like this. Good luck today at the office, due to cool down a bit, I think on Thursday.

  14. What a lovely busy desk! It's good to see scrapbooking on a desk. People don't seem to scrapbook so much anymore. (I still do)
I love the orange art card with the elephant on it. I hope people at free Art Swindon will like it.
    Have a great week,

  16. Seahorses all around isn't it :) Maybe that's because of the hot weather... we all long to be in the water. I, too, can only be in the atelier in the morning and the afternoon heat makes me all crumpy... hope the temps will drop soon, I'm not 'build for tropical weather,' ha! Have a nice day, stay cool, hug from Holland, Marit #25

  17. Thank you for your visit.
    Wasn't it sticky yesterday.
I am so glad we have cloud coverage today.
Actually a nice cool breeze coming in through the window today.
Yesterday even the little breeze we had was like a heater blowing lol
Never happy when it comes to the weather LOL
Lovely desk and so much colour. :) #23

  18. I so need to get back to Gelli® printing! Love your samples, and I agree, marrying prints with layouts is a great idea.

    Happy (late) WOYWW! again.....
